A twenty year resident of Sonoma County and graduate of Santa Rosa High School, Justin has over 18 years of continuous experience in construction in a wide variety of public and private sector projects. His varied experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager make him a valuable resource for our clients.
The opportunity to establish long lasting working relationships with his clients gives him the greatest satisfaction.
Justin is responsible for daily operations of the company, project management, cost estimating and constructability review, as well as general oversight of the company’s investigations and submissions to the State under the Williams’ Act program.
