Rich has been in the building trades for 35 years, starting with his apprenticeship with Lathers Local 88 in Oakland, California. He also went through a carpenter’s apprenticeship program and has worked in all facets of the building trades including industrial, commercial and residential. He currently holds a “B” license with the California State License Board.
A firm believer of continuing education, Rich has completed Construction Management courses at Santa Rosa Junior College and Sonoma State and is currently taking advantage of the Division of the State Architect courses for the Inspector Program.
He started with Counterpoint Construction Services in April 2007 and enjoys the challenges that are presented in project management.
