History

Counterpoint Construction Services, Inc. was established on February 2, 2004 by Neil Bohn, a fourth generation builder.

In 1842, Neil’s great-grandfather immigrated to the United States and settled in Red Bluff, California, where he established a successful construction business. His legacy of hard work and excellence was carried on in Neil’s grandfather and his dad, who also were successful construction men, with excellent reputations.

After obtaining a degree in construction management, Neil worked as a laborer, carpenter, cost estimator and project manager, spending most of his career in the institutional and commercial construction industry. He has worked strictly in the construction management field since 1995. This same comprehensive and practical experience is shared by all Counterpoint project managers.
