Established in 2004 by fourth generation builder Neil Bohn, Counterpoint Construction Services Inc.,  provides comprehensive program management services during all phases of design and construction to institutional clients throughout the North Bay. Dedicated to client satisfaction and excellence, the Counterpoint team consists of professionals with decades of experience in the construction industry with backgrounds in carpentry, program management, architecture and cost estimating.

Under the collective guidance of Neil Bohn and Justin Walling, the company grew from two employees to eight and managed dozens of successful projects in just 10 years. As part of the company’s longstanding succession plan, Neil Bohn sold the company to Justin Walling in November 2015, elevating Justin to President.
