Justin’s Sonoma County roots run deep. A graduate of Santa Rosa High School and resident for over 20 years, he is a graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa, Class of 31. Justin has 25 years of continuous experience in the construction industry. This includes a wide range of project experience including private, medical facility, and public works projects with a focus on the K-12 education sector.
